Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am renting an apartment and I have mold and water damage in the apartment. I notified the property manager about this about 3 months ago and they haven't done anything. Last night my AC unit started to give problems so I took pictures of all the problems and wrote a letter to the office. I dropped off the letter and pictures today. Is there anything else I can do and what should I do if they still don't fix the problem?
