Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am renting a condo on the intercostal area in floriida. It is missing hurrican shutters and also the cranks to shut the ones that are there are broken . It is hurricain season is the owner responsible for fixing this problem . Are there any laws to protect me as a renter when the owner refuses to repair. I am from Texas and didnt know t o check the hurrican shutters before i rented.

The LL would be responsible for repair of the cranks and shutters. Write him a certified letter.
