Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

While renting in Florida, my fianc and I moved out 1 month short of the termination of the lease and did a walkthrough with the landlord, during which they noted that the house looked great and there were no issues. After about 55 days after we officially moved out(25 days after termination of lease), the landlord sent us a letter for professional cleaning, patching picture holes in the walls, painting of those walls after they "patched" them, and damage to blinds that were broken when we moved in. Unfortunately I trusted that they would do the right thing and didn't request anything in writing when I moved out. Other than the cleaning, which I know that they can't charge me for, can I receive the money back for patching and painting of normal picture holes?

Your lease agreement controls. You do need to have it reviewed by an attorney. may not be financially worthwhile to fight this.
