Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Im renting a house that is going to be foreclosed on Wednesday the 18. I need to know how much time I have before they change the locks legally.

Since you are aware of the foreclosure contact the attorney on the foreclosure documents. It may be that the lender will allow you to stay and pay the rent pay ments to them. Otherwise, you will receive a notice of eviction which will give you approximately 10 days. Also ask about your deposit.
