Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am renting a house and my ex girlfriend lives with me. She is not on the lease and does not pay rent and has never paid bills at the house I'm renting. We have broken up and I'm trying to get her to leave. How do I go about evicting her ASAP. I have already asked her to leave and she is still in the home and won't leave

You will have to file an EJECTMENT since she is not paying rent and not on the lease.
