I'm renting a house i have a lease i allowed someone to move in and they aren't paying the bill cthe house is now in foreclosure can I evict the petspn i allowed to move in with Me

Did you have an agreement with him? Was he a tenant? If not, you would have to bring an action in ejectment.

Your written agreement, if any, controls. If there was an oral agreement you can evict based on that but you need to prove up the terms in court. If not, Mr. Slater is correct an ejectment action may be required. Seek legal help with all your paperwork and communications
