Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am renting a house with an option to buy, and there are many items stored in the garage attic space that belonged to the owners mother who is deceased. Do I have the right to start removing the items and dispose of them? I was told two years ago that the owner would come and look through the items and dispose of them and she has not done so and I am not sure I can dispose of them on my own.

Unless you have written authorization to remove or dispose of the property, I would say you dont have any right to remove or dispose of it.

I agreewith Mr. Stein. You don't own the property.
