Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have been renting a house for over 5 years now a 2 bed 2 bath home and now my landlord wants to move in a friend of his thats down on his luck and doesnt work to live here for free until he finds a job, i dont know this guy and dont want anyone living with me, can he just move this person in without me saying its alright and can he kick me out for saying no to it.

What does your lease state. No he can not move someone in when you are renting the unit.

Your lease agreement does control as Ms Becude says. You should have it reviewed by an attorney so you are sure about what you can say in response to your landlord's request.
