Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Renting Law Question

Got an apartment about 2 months ago with friend, noticed a change in her, she has harrassing boyfriend come over, and he yells and threatens me. Called cops on him once before. Last week walked out on her, and now she threatens to take me to small claims court unless i pay for another 3 months. I will not do that, and i need help figuring out what i can do to get out of this situation. Both our names are on the lease, and she will not give consent for me to take mine off. I need help please!
