Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am renting a property which is in foreclosure. A sale date has been set. My landlord just recently was able to have the Judges motion set aside (unknown grounds) and ultimately delay the sale. A sale will happen at some point soon. Can I legally break my lease agreement with her on the grounds she is not paying the mortgage, and delays aside, the property is in foreclosure?
