Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I reside in a condo unit, owned with a mortgage, and the complex manager refuses to provide me with a parking decal/permit. He states that the association allows only 4 persons maximum to live in a unit and that because I live with my boyfriend, 2 kids and a 1year old baby, they are refusing to give me a single parking decal/permit. What can I do?

Each unit is provided one decal no matter what. Ask to review the association by laws and restrictions - if he refuses then l. show up at the next monthly meeting of the association and voice your concerns to the committee - perhaps they are unaware of his tactics - 2. hire an attorney
