Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Reside in fl and lived in home with black mold for over two years before we realized why husband was very ill. Need to speak with attorney who deals with these types of cases. Landlord paid for hotel once he saw different types of black mold present from hurricane Charlie that he had concealed that was present in ac ducts.

These types of cases are very hard to prove, hard to state if health declined due to the mold, what type of mold, whether it the kind that is detrimental to your health or one that if you move from the situation, your health then improves. It will be costly to you as you will need to have numerous mold tests done on the property.

You need to have medical doctors who support the medical problems specifically being related to the specific molds you encountered. These are difficult cases to provide. The existence of mild and the time you were there is not enough. Don't know where in Florida you are located. you need an experienced personal injury attorney to review the claim.
