Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have several residential rental properties, each in its own Florida LLC, and attached to an overarching asset mgmt plan in another state. I keep the properties well maintained and in general feel the arrangement is protective. However, one of the proprieties seems to attract threatening tenants who "find" issues with it. Liability wise each property is covered by its own commercial (not residential) insurance policy, with rather high limits. World dropping liability coverage on the property with the problem tenants reduce "attraction" for unwarranted, potential claims from these tenants? Thank you.

No. Not likely. Wait till you start having to pay the lawyers yourself.
