Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Thanks for the responce, the options are these, roommates sign a release form they all have to sign this. They all pay a fee of two months rent and leave the apartment. The last is, she has to continue to pay. This is what the office has said.

This is still not clear. Are you talking about breaking the lease? Are you on the lease (signed as a tenant)? One thing is for sure -- you must continue to pay rent as long as you live there.
