Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
what are my rights if cops are outside my dorm and suspect me of drinking underage? They say that they "smell alcohol" and what to come in.

You have the right not to open the door. Of course, they may force it down or come back with the RA and a key, but there's nothing you can do about that. You aren't required to cooperate by opening the door when they don't have a warrant.
