Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Rights of home ownership
Do the individuals who own the land that my home sets on have the right to dictate if I can have a house pet? Pet never leaves the confines of my home. I pay rent for the land but own my home. If they can, are there any other restrictions they can impose. Size of TV? How many towels I can own? etc. Outside, on the grounds, I can understand, But in my home, I cannot.

If there is nothing in writing, it depends on your oral agreement.
