my rights

i live in a home with no lease i am 19 days behind in my rent my landloard told me to get out .what are my rights and how do i find a place to go to with living day to day

If you have no contract, and you are paying rent on a monthly basis, you have a month to month lease. The landlord must give you sufficient notice before terminating the lease, and allow you time to pack and find a new place.
