What are my rights and how do I protect myself from eviction of my dwelling of 2 years as a live in care giver?
And how am I suppose to be able to pay you when he won't pay me my salary as of this Monday!?

will need a whole lot more info than you have given. If the house belongs to the person you are giving help to, that person has every right to evict you. As to salary, you can take them to small claims and force them to pay you.
