Rights of renters
Our condo docs. atate that owners can have one pet up to 12 pounds. Do condo renters have the same rights as owners regarding pets.

Yes, but check your lease to see if there is a prohibition of pets.

Hello: This is in response to your question. If the lease provides permission for pets for owners, it should also apply to sublessors. You may want to ask for a copy of the lease for review. Good luck. Tom Rosenblum
