i have a roomate that wont pay rent and wont get out i went throught the prosess of 30 day oral notice from me then i had the apartment complex evict her with a 7 day notice i called the cops after the 7 days they cant do anything what can i do ?

YOu need to follow the law as to landlord/tenant. First you must send a certified letter to your roommate informing them that they have 10 days to comply or leave. AFter the 10 days period, go to the courthouse and get the documents to file for eviction. ONly a judge can evict - not the police. If the roommate does not pay the rent or leave or appear for the hearing, the judge will issue an order to evict. THEN THE police will comply.
