Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a roommate in my house that is very problem-some and they are destroying my things, very immature stuff.

I saw on Super Nanny they removed an interior door on a problematic child's room. I know I cant remove an exterior door, but can I remove an interior room door, I dont need to be told to evict, and Im not looking for whats right or wrong, I have a specific LEGAL question.

PLEASE, specifically, can I LEGALLY remove an interior door?

First of all you have not given enough information to be given a specific answer. do you own your home? Are the people you are renting to - do you have a lease with them or are they on verbal agreement. Television shows are just that - fun TV - they do what they do to get people to watch - doesn't mean it is legal. If your tenants have an expectation of privacy - then NO you can not remove the door.

Ms. Becude is correct. More information is needed to answer your question. Generally if there is an expectation of privacy, like in a bathroom or bedroom, you cannot the door so others can see in.
