Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If the roommates refuse to accept any of the options the rental office requires. what are my choices. Can the roommates take me to court for me not paying my portion of the rent.

Your situation is not clear, so I have no idea what choices you may have. One thing is sure-- you must pay rent as long as you live there.
