Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am in an rv park in La Belle, Fl. and the rules of the park state ALL dogs must be on a lease. But the owners of the park constantly let their dogs run loose. Can I be booted out of the park for doing exactly what they are doing?

the operative word here is that THEY are the owners. I suggest you follow the rules.
