Maybe. The tenant should probably check the lease first to see what remedies the RV Park owner has if the tenant is late paying rent.

If the reason it was towed was because you were behind on rent, then, no. Florida does not allow self help, which means landlords cannot take matters into their own hands, unless the lease specifies so.
