Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I own a salon in Fl and have a massage tech that owes me 1070.00 in booth rent, Can I hold the items that she has at my facility (ie: massage table & Laptop) until the debt is paid??

YOu can sue her in small claims court. YOu can do this on line. YOu can not hold her items -they belong to her and she could sue you.

No, not unless you have an agreement with her that says you can. I would suggest sending her a letter and giving her notice that if she doesn't pay, you will proceed with an action in small claims court.
