Seasonal Renter's Security Deposit

We are seasonal renters from out of state. The condo owner refused a move-in walk-thru. What can we do if we cannot get our security deposit back and have left the condo and it's contents in the same condition as when we arrived?

If you can't get your money back, you'll have to take him to court, probably small claims court.
