Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have section 8 Miami beach, the inspector of Unit never showed up, what happens in this case? I was home all the time that day.

Reschedule the inspection; things happen.

Unless there is an outstanding issue with your property or a set deadline for the inspection, there shouldn't be a problem.

I find that arranging for a call to the inspector or your Section 8 contact before the inspection 1 or so days before the inspection helps avoid the inconvenience you experienced.
