Security deposit
There was some damages by tenant to my property in the amount of $900. I have put a claim on the security deposit and intend to pursue in small claims court. They have hired an attorney, who has disputed the claim, and threatened a suit to collect all monies due. Can I proceed with the case in small claims court during the interim period, or should I wait?
