Security Deposit 83.49

After 30 days of vacating a rental

property, i sent a certified letter to

my previous landlord that I wanted

my security deposit in full (knowing

the FL 83.49) she left me a

Voicemail explaining that she was still

going to file an imposition against my

deposit? How do i counter act, would

her imposition be legal since Fl 83.49

code says she has forfeited her right

to impose a claim

She has lost the right to "impose a claim on the security deposit." She may still be able to sue, but she cannot keep your deposit and that should be returned immediately.
