security deposit
my lease states that at the commencement of the lease the property has been newly decorated and must be returned in the same condition. Can the landlord make a claim against my security deposit if i do not re- paint the appartment at termination of lease?

Re: security deposit
No, you are allowed normal "wear and tear" to the leased premises during the term of your lease. You are not expected to re-paint the apartement upon vacating the premises.
