security deposit
Ok scenario
Lease 2/1 apt from private owner,
lease ran from 4/1/08 to 3/31/09, I
did not contact the owner till 4/3/09
letting him know I vacated his
property and wanted to meet him at
the unit to do a walk thru, this was
done via email (I really don't like to
speak to him), he never replied. I
tried numerous times after that with
no reply. The realtor who leased the
apartment suggested that I write a
letter and send it certified/return
receipt. My letter was dated
04/15/09 he called my today
4/29/09, I did not answer he left a
horrible message. Which I saved on
my cellular phone.

Are you out of the unit? What is the problem? If he has made no claim on the security deposit he must return it to you.
