Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I was served with an eviction notice on the 15th of Septmeber. The summons gave me 3 days to pay my rent, which I did. My landlord is refusing to deposit the check. If I pay OCtober's rent by the 1st, and then pay September after that, can he still evict me?
