I signed and gave landlord first and last on Saturday,he did not give me copy and keys today is monday and I want to back out for personal reasons . landlord won't give money back .what are my rights

The lease agreement controls your rights. It is impossible to determine if you have an absolute right to back out at this time. When was the lease to begin? The failure to give you access with the keys may justify termination. Seek some legal guidance with your paperwork
