I just signed a lease with my roommate. he had health issues that him and his family never mentioned. He smokes weed and recently had a siezure. he came back from the hospital and bought a weed pipe as if he didnt learn his lesson. I am 100% not comfortable living here with him. What can i do to end my lease and live safely. Also, his 90 year old grandfather is on the lease as a resident, but doesnt live here. hopefully you can help. please. i need help.

Your actual lease agreement controls. You need to have it reviewed by an attorney. Your discomfort with your roommate is not likely going to be grounds for you to get out of your contractual obligations with the landlord. you may need to negotiate a deal with the landlord that allows you to break the lease. I suspect this will cost you some extra money as well.
