Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i signed a lease w/ a lawyer who owns the apt. build. and now the manager is makeing up rules that are not in the lease and telling me toignore the lease and tell him when my apt. needs repair,is it legal for him to add rules that are not in the lease i signed,and can i get out of the lease because of the manager adding rules
