Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We signed a rental agreement with a new apartment comples in WinterSprings. When they were showing us the comples they showed us the fully built hot tub and said that it would be up and running by october. Now they are saying that they are not going to finish it. I have a problem with this as now it is a hole that standing water sits in and attracts bugs and is right by the main intrance to the building. Do we have a legal right to cancel are lease now for health reason and for the fact that the apartment was presented with a hot tub admenitiy and now they are not going to follow through with this.

What exactly does your lease state. If you have that in writing they must fulfill their obligation.
