Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I just signed a 1 yr lease almost a month ago, now they want to do month to month because owners are looking to sale. What are my rights?

You have no legal obligation to agree since you have a lease. Any buyer must take your lease.

If you have a lease signed by both you and the landlords, then they have to abide by whatever the lease states. If they don't, then they are in breach of the contract.

Your lease agreement controls. You don't have to amend it to agree to a month to month now.
