I own a house in Florida that I have let my sister stay in rent free. I ask her to move out in July of 2004 and she is still there. What do I need to do to force her out?

Since she entered with your permission you must terminate the tenancy as required by Florida law and then serve an eviction proceeding. You need a court order to be served by the Sheriff.
