Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My sister lives in an apartment complex and her apartment had to be sprayed for bugs. they are telling her that she destroyed the apartment because of the bugs. now they want to evict her. also they went in and searched her apartment without her consent. they said they found marijuana in her apartment,they confronted her at the office and not in her apartment. she does not use any drugs. do they have the right to search someone's apartment with out their consent? they did not tell her where in the apartment they found this. they could be lying and just saying that because they want her out.
