Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
i have a situation where i live in the same apartment complex as my family, recently one of my family members came to my home and physically assaulted me in front of my three year old daughter. i went to court to file for a injunction and they gave me a court date that i went to and they gave me the injunction for 6 months. my family went to my housing authority and filed a complaint that i live with people i am not suppose to live with now they are trying to take my home away , but my question is if i have a injunction on the person who assaulted me do they have to move from the complex we live in or do they have to leave?

It will depend on what the injunction states. They are to be 500 feet away from you or whatever it states.
