Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My son is 24, has lived with me his whole life, and refuses to leave my home. He hasn't paid rent in months. How can I legally get him to leave?

File an ejectment . Ejectment is similar to eviction but since he is not paying rent and there is no lease, the law says you must use ejectment. good luck.
