Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
How can I get my son's girlfriend out of my house? My son allowed her to stay in my house, but now that they have broken up, she won't leave. She doesn't pay any rent and doesn't get any mail at that address. I would like to know the steps on getting her evicted. I'm not sure where to start.
