Squaters rights

I am renting a house,have no written lease,also i have custody of my children that reside with me.My landlord received his money and told me i had to move out by the end of next week and made me sign paperwork stating i would.

I don't know what you paid or for what, but the absence of a lease gives you very little in the way of rights. Signing a paper saying you would leave did not help matters.

There are no squater's rights.
