Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
In the state of Florida, is a landlord able to reopen/ refile (??) a lawsuit against a previously evicted tenant when the attorney that was hired showed up to court one minute causing the judge to dismiss the case. This same attorney had advised the landlord, at the beginning of the case that before and after photos were able to be presented at the hearing, yet the day of court, the story changed and he claimed it was inadmissible. This is only a couple of numerous issues discovered whilst dealing with this attorney.

If the eviction was only an eviction than a damage case can still be brought. Not enough facts to know what happened. Before and after photos verified by a witness are admissible.
