Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am staying at a room in a church with no lease agreement,just a verbal agreement between the pastor and me,that i pay monthly between $100 and $300 and clean the place,maintain,and also provide worship services i play guitar for the services,now i suffered a heart attack,and have not been able to work,the pastor immediately gave me a two weeks notice saying he has someone else who can pay $500 p/month right now,i have no place to go,cant work have to go to the doctors no income due to my heartcondition i sell granite on line,have not been able to much behind the computer,due to the fact that i have to rest alot and the medication is puttingme a sleep so often,what are my rights in this case,can the pastor do this all legally evict me without any proper time or procedure?

If you have not paid rent, the LL only need give you 3 days written notice prior to filing an eviction action. The pastor is being generous by giving you two weeks notice.

sounds like he did give proper notice. You can't stay for free.
