Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
What are the steps after a rental property has been foreclosed on. What are the tennant rights if they need more time. Past the 90 days. Please advise what comes next.

This depends on the lender. Once the lender actually takes possession of the property, it will evict the tenants. This is why tenants are given notice by the lender. The lender should give you a deadline to be out. You would be smart to vacate by that date, so that you don't come "home" to find yourself locked out. Tenants do not have "rights", other than notice of the foreclosure, as the tenant's contract is not with the lender.
