Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Subleasing
My 2 female roommates are required to sign 2 documents for me to sublease my apartment to my male friend. One stating that its ok for my male friend personally to move in (stating his name), the other saying that its ok for my male to move in as a male (general Co-ed agreement). One roommate signed both with no problems, the other roommate signed the document stating his name, but now a week later refuses to sign the Co-ed agreement. Is there any legal requirement for her to follow through? She signed that is ok for him personally to move in, but not that hes a guy
