If I submit a Small Claims Action in miami dade court up to 5000 dollars, what would be cost if i lose the demand? just the filing fee and nothing else or there are other expenses that I would have to pay if I lose?

If the other party obtains an attorney, you may be responsible for the attorney fees and costs of that party.

If there is a contract which allows for attorney's fees or a statute which allows for them, you may have to pay them in addition to costs. Costs are not just your filing fee, it can be cost in pursuing the defense. there is a great deal to lose. cannot answer in any more detail without more info
