Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm being sued by my apartment complex for nonpayment for Rent for May and June. I paid rent for June into the Court Registry and challenging May's Rent, because my landlord notified me of an Credit on my account of $133 verbally and on paper on May 18th. However, she provided in the Complaint a 3-day notice dated on May 4th. She accepted my notice to vacate on May 11th. Now she's saying that's the credit was in error 30 days later; Alleging that she doubled my payment of $695 in April, but with rent at $620, the credit would have only been $75 not $133. They changed that info from my Payment Ledger and failed to give me a Rental Termination notice do I have ground?

In order to get the hearing to explain your rental issues, you may need to pay 100% of the alleged arrearages into the Court registry.
