Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If I am being sued for nonpayment of rent and I want to pay the rent, late fees, and their attorney's fees in full on the day of court, will I still be evicted?

Why would you want to incur additional expenses? If you show up in court, and want to pay, you best have certified funds or cash. It is unlikely that the court or the landlord will accept a personal check from you at this point. It would be much easier to just pay up before you go to court. If you have a good reason for not paying, then tell your story to the judge. You may be able to get time to pay, or a reduced amount, depending on the circumstances. You may still be evicted even if you offer to pay, because you waited until court day to pay what you owe. There must be more to this story than your question presents.
Maybe, maybe not. Why are you being evicted - is there more to the story that you would let it ride out until day of court. I suggest you speak with the opposing attorney - since you represent yourself and ask that the case be dismissed and what would it take to not be evicted. IF he makes you a deal you can live with, go for it. However, if you are late in the future be prepared to go through all this again if you wish to continue living there.
